PMgr Vincent William is a highly accomplished Registered Property Manager with over 25 years of professional experience spanning property management, facilities management, construction, and the oil & gas industry. As the Director of Astral Eco Property Management (M) Sdn. Bhd, he provides strategic leadership and oversees the company’s operations to ensure excellence in service delivery, sustainability, and client satisfaction.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate with an MBA in Building & Facilities Management, PMgr Vincent is a Registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEA) and a Registered Facilities Manager with the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM).

He has led large-scale mixed developments of over 3,800 units per project from design to handover, collaborating with consultants, contractors, and authorities. His experience also includes managing property and asset teams for major developers and overseeing major infrastructure and industrial projects such as airports, stadiums, and oil & gas facilities.

Prior to leading Astral Eco Property Management, PMgr Vincent served as Asset Manager at Burgess Rawson, where he was responsible for the full lifecycle and financial performance management of complex investment properties. He later advanced to a senior leadership role with Mah Sing Group, where he specialized in property and portfolio management for high-value developments.
