Facilities Management
- 
      
      - issuing invoices and receipts, collecting service charges or charges, sinking fund and other charges; 
- all collections shall be deposited into the Client’s Account; 
- monitoring outgoings and making payments out as approved by the Client; 
- presenting income and expenditure report showing all collections and payment requests on a monthly basis; and 
- presenting an annual budget for the management of the property for the Client’s approval. 
 
Financial Management
- 
      
      - Pre-delivery inspections and defect checks 
- Coordination with developers and contractors 
- Scheduling and managing owner appointments 
- Defect reporting and rectification follow-up 
- Documentation and key handover management

Vacant Possession (VP) Services
- 
      
      - advising the Client on the procurement of adequate insurance cover to protect the interest of the Client and renewal of fire insurance prior to the expiry of the fire insurance policy; 
- recommending to the Client the requirements for other insurance policies; and 
- liaising with the appointed insurance brokers on all insurance matters 
 
Insurance Management
- 
      
      - handing / taking over of assets, documents and records on maintenance and management of property.
