  • Job Description

    • Lead Site Management Office team – Manage, supervise and monitor the maintenance and administration staff

    • Prepare weekly and monthly report 

    • Develop and maintain a positive strong relationship with tenants, occupants and clients 

    • Attend to complaints tactfully and ensure appropriate correction action is implemented promptly 

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree inBuilding Management/Property Management

    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in property and facility management 

    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Job Description

    • Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them

    • Answering phones calls and taking messages

    • Managing schedules and appointments

    • Managing mail/fax communications

    • Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices

    Job Requirements

    • SPM or Diploma in Building/Estate Management or related discipline

    • Minimum of 1 year working experience in building services or related to administration

    • Excellent interpersonal skills & able to communicate in multiple languages

  • Job Description

    • Attend to complaints from owners/tenants

    • Monitor and supervise contractors on any maintenance /service work 

    • Daily routine inspection on building facilities equipment

    • Handling basic miscellaneous facilities repair, installation, and maintenance 

    • Any other job functions that may be assigned by the Management

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/ PW/ AO/ A1/ or related discipline

    • At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

    • Good skills in handling maintenance and repairs of building facilities

    • Electrical and electronic skills / experiences will be an added advantage
